Villetta Alisea is a vacation home for rent to spend vacations on the Salento sea, in a residential area in Torre Lapillo, one of the most famous marinas of the Ionian coast, with fabulous beaches and Caribbean sea.
The vacation home with equipped outdoor space is equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, washing machine, hair dryer, TV etc. It offers up to 5 beds.

Alisea is introduced by a tiled courtyard and a veranda, furnished with
table and chairs, where you can have lunch and dinner outdoors.
The
interiors of the cottage are comfortable and cozy. The spacious and
bright living room is furnished with a double sofa, TV, dining room, and
next to it has a kitchenette.
The sleeping area consists of 2 bedrooms, one double and 1 triple with single beds. Completes the cottage 1 bathroom shower.
Air conditioning is present in all rooms.

Villetta
Alisea is located in Torre Lapillo, in a residential area a few hundred
meters from the center and the beaches, about 500 meters, which can
also be reached on foot with a walk of a few minutes.
In Torre
Lapillo in summer there are all the main services, so the house is also a
great solution for those who want to spend their vacations comfortably
at the sea, without ever taking the car and without giving up the quiet.



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
