Comfortable country cottage in the nature of Lower Salento, ideal for families and groups up to 10 people. The house is part of a villa with a shared pool between two houses.
The house is complete with accessories such as air conditioning, hair dryer, TV, mosquito nets and electric oven. Parking inside the property.
In the shared area are the pool and solarium, barbecue area and outdoor shower. Pets allowed.

This unit is located inside a villa with shared pool, consisting of 2 houses.
The
house has a portion of garden and a furnished veranda of exclusive
relevance, completely fenced, with independent accesses. The pool area
can be accessed through an internal gate. Here there is also 1 shared
service bathroom.
The living area is a living room with open kitchen, 2 French sofa beds and fireplace.
The sleeping area consists of 2 bedrooms. Complete all the bathroom shower.
 
All rooms are large and spacious, including the bathroom.

Villa
Italia is located in the countryside south of Specchia, in Lower
Salento. The small town is one of the first Italian towns to be awarded
the title of "Italy`s most beautiful village"-a truly enchanting place.
The
location is also ideal for exploring the entire Capo di Leuca area,
with the wonderful Santa Maria di Leuca, the historic centers of
Alessano and Presicce, Tricase Porto and Castro, etc.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- Shared Pool available from April to November.
- Shared barbecue, garden and shower.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 35 to pay upon arrival.
- The owners of the villa live in the annex.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
