Thanks Andrea and family for a lovely holiday at your wonderful villa. We had a few minor problems but everything was rectified promptly and with the minimum of intrusion. The unexpected gifts of fresh fruit, vegetables and local wine was much appreciated and the herbs in the garden are a nice touch.

Would have loved to stay longer

Lovely house in a very peaceful location set on a large plot with pomegranates, lemons, olives, fresh herbs and much more. Well stocked supermarket less than 2 km away in Tricase. Very handy for the beaches, Otranto and Lecce. All rooms and kitchen well equipped, outside games area with table tennis darts and of course the generous swimming pool. The pictures do not do the location justice. Owners Andrea and Mariella were very welcoming and helpful. Mariella speaks good English so communication is not a problem if you have no Italian. One word of caution, the pool is quite deep and children who can't swim yet will need close supervision. All in all one of the best, if not the best, holiday rental we have visited and one we are keen to return to.

Might work for a family but too many problems

While the property has games and a swing set, BBQ and pool, the inside of the property was poor. Even the pool was a disappointment as it wasn’t nearly as large as the pictures made it appear. Inside, the second bathroom was really a wet room—a shower head hung between the toilet and sink. That bathroom was also built on a slanted part of the house—as our male friend said “Any man over 5’4” couldn’t stand up to urinate or he’d hit his head.” The bathroom also leaked during a rainstorm, requiring towels to block the influx of water. And the beds—both couples agreed that they were like sleeping on boards. The worst we’ve encountered in all our travels. And there was no real living area—just a table with a small loveseat to the side. Also, the roads were abysmal in getting to the place. The owners did some nice things, like delivering pastries to our door a couple of times during the week, but that just couldn’t make up for the deficiencies inside the property.

Faremo una piccola premessa: il mondo è bello perché è vario, e per fortuna. Ciò detto, le nostre foto sono del tutto conformi alla nostra proprietà come confermato da tutti i nostri ospiti, piscina inclusa. Ogni ambiente è curato nel dettaglio, il check delle acque è quotidiano, la pulizia maniacale, e facciamo del nostro meglio per gli ospiti. Il secondo bagno, divenuto protagonista di una pittoresca recensione, è un bagno in di servizio in camera in una Villa in campagna, assolve perfettamente alla sua funzione, e non ci sono falle di alcun tipo. Potremmo obiettare a qualunque critica, anche a quella sulle strade spaventose, ma direi che basti aprire un'app qualsiasi per vedere dove ci troviamo, uno dei posti più belli e incontaminati del Salento, a pochi metri da dimore di proprietà di premi Oscar di Hollywood, immersi nella natura, è ciò che i nostri ospiti cercano. Non scenderò nei dettagli sulla scarsa comunicazione, le ore di attesa per il check-in e il siparietto per i documenti in cui ci siamo ritrovati, fornire i documenti all'arrivo è un dovere, non un optional arbitrario. Ciò detto , date le premesse, questo feedback era un disastro annunciato, e se è vero non si può piacere a tutti diciamo a chi legge: fidatevi dei numeri, di chi ha credibilità e punta sulla qualità e non su opinioni di chi non ha recensioni e può cambiare profilo senza perdere nulla. Wunderbare Location

Wir haben unserer Ferien (trotz wenig sommerlichem Wetter) sehr genossen. Die Aussenanlage mit Pool, Whirlpool, Aussenküche, Grill, Pizzaofen und diversen Sitzmöglichkeiten, toller, sehr gepflegter Garten, ist topp. Die Inneneinrichtung der Villa ist eher einfach, aber gemütlich. Das eine, kleine Badezimmer ist etwas veraltet, da die Dusche dort nicht benutzt werden kann. Da wir Katzen lieben, haben wir uns über die draussen lebenden zutraulichen Katzen sehr gefreut. 😻 Die Gastgeber sind sehr liebenswürdig. Alles in allem ein schöner Urlaub - gerne wieder einmal. 😊

Sommerurlaub

Die Unterkunft ist mit Allen was man braucht ausgestattet, in sehr guter und sauberer Qualität. Die Gartenanlage und auch der Pool sind top gepflegt👍.Andrea kümmert sich täglich um diesen. Es war für uns ein ruhiger entspannter Urlaub, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Vacanza spumeggiante

Abbiamo soggiornato 7 giorni in una villa molto ben organizzata e estremamente confortevole. Nulla è lasciato al caso e indimenticabili le attenzioni di Andrea che danno a Villa La Sita un valore aggiunto (se mai ne avesse bisogno).

Excellent séjour

Merci à Andrea pour sa gentillesse, sa disponibilité et la qualité de son accueil. La maison convient parfaitement pour une famille de 4 personnes avec enfants et le terrain ainsi que les équipements, notamment la piscine sont très agréables. La maison est idéalement positionnée au milieu des oliviers et au calme.
