Welcome to Marina Cottage, a picture-perfect retreat perched on the banks of the River Dart in the charming village of Kingswear. From its private balcony you can watch ferries gliding across to Dartmouth, yachts drifting upriver, the steam train coming and going, and the sun sinking behind the rolling hills — a view best enjoyed with a glass of wine in hand.

Spread across two floors and thoughtfully furnished, Marina Cottage blends modern comfort with coastal charm. Sleeping up to 5 (or 7 with sofa bed), it's ideal for families, couples, or groups of friends who want a relaxing base without compromising on style. From the lounge to the bathroom, the river views are never far away, you can even soak in the tub while watching the boats go by.

Step outside and the best of South Devon is on your doorstep. Kingswear's pretty lanes lead down to the waterfront where ferries carry you across to vibrant Dartmouth with its historic castle, cobbled streets and endless choice of restaurants, cafés, shops, and galleries. The famous Dartmouth Steam Railway runs from Kingswear station, offering scenic rides along the coast, while walkers can join the South West Coast Path just minutes from the cottage. Beaches, boat trips, and countryside trails are all close at hand, making every day a new adventure.
