The kitchen, centered around a stylish island, is fully equipped with essential cookware, utensils, and cutlery, allowing you to prepare everything from a quick breakfast to a late-night snack. Its open layout keeps the space bright and connected, perfect for shared moments.

The living area offers a cozy spot to relax, featuring a TV and high-speed WiFi so you can unwind with your favorite shows or catch up on work if needed. Air conditioning ensures a comfortable stay throughout the year.

The property is ideally located just minutes from Ponte D. Infante, offering an easy crossing to Gaia. A short stroll takes you to the upper deck of Ponte D. Luís I, where pedestrians walk alongside the metro above the Douro while enjoying breathtaking views. The historic Coliseu Theatre and the famous Majestic Café are also nearby. For everyday convenience, a Minipreço supermarket (open late) and a self-service laundry are just a few doors away, while a larger Pingo Doce supermarket is located right across the street.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

A cozy and well-located apartment in Porto, ideal for exploring the city on foot. Guests are close to Rua de Santa Catarina, Bolhão Market, and the iconic Capela das Almas, surrounded by traditional cafés, shops, and local restaurants. The historic center, São Bento Station, and Ribeira riverside are all within easy reach, offering a perfect mix of culture, shopping, and authentic Porto atmosphere.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train station, São Bento, is just a 10-minutes walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro airport is an 25-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.


There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.


Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.


For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.


Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
