Private Oasis 5 minutes from the Diocletians Palace

One of a kind luxury apartment is perfectly located, just above the Diocletian’s palace. To get to the coast you will enjoy a short three-minute walk through the most charming part of Split with family. You will enjoy the best view in the city from our generous (60m2) terrace. Behind the villa is a huge park/forest Marjan, which offers beaches, trails, many possibilities to feel the Mediterranean like it once was.

The apartment is 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, with over 120 m2 (1350 ft2) plus the huge private terrace, and the shared Mediterranean garden in the shade, behind this three apartment villa. When you walk in, you will notice the open space concept kitchen which continues to the dining area and the living room. Floor to ceiling windows/doors from both sides leaves the impression of being one with nature and the surrounding. Our focus was to make our guests feel Split with all of their senses, and this apartment is perfect for that. The villa was built to “catch” some breeze coming from the sea, so the whole living area is really perfect to enjoy. Our kitchen is fully equipped and in our Mediterranean garden, you are free to take some herbs if you would like to add some special local flavor to your dishes. The connected living room can be opened from both seasides, so you there you will definitely that breeze I mentioned. The flow of this apartment makes it a great place to either entertain or have a siesta in the afternoon. In my opinion, being here, you will not need a TV, but of course, there is a big flat-screen TV and the highest commercial speed internet available for your convenience.
There are three bedrooms in total. All of them are really private, newly equipped, and a pleasure to sleep in. The Master bedroom has an old city view, the second bedroom has a private exit to the terrace, and the third one is perfect for the people who like to sleep late because it is on the quiet corner of the apartment.
There are two full bathrooms, and the laundry is available in the basement. The A/C is available in every room. There is one private parking space for this apartment. It is also important to mention that it is graded A++ in energy consumption, and that is equipped with separate garbage disposals for recycling.
