The interior décor is contemporary and vibrant, featuring open plan living areas with a superb kitchen, dining and desk space. 6 guests are comfortably accommodated, with 1 bedroom conveniently located on the ground floor. Outside amenities include a gorgeous swimming pool, pool table, alfresco dining and secure garden space. A 20-minute walk leads you to restaurants, traditional shops and the ferry boat to the gorgeous Tavira Beach Island

Lounge: From the entrance on your left, an expansive open-plan living space awaits. Sink into plush, comfortable sofas while enjoying entertainment on the impressive 65-inch smart TV. Adjacent to this cozy lounge area with its splashes of colour, an extended dining table invites you to savor elegant meals. or Large patio windows bathe the room in natural sunlight and offer views of the glistening swimming pool. Also featured - a desk and workspace is available for those who have to check in with loved ones or work!
Kitchen: Curving right, you'll discover an amazing kitchen, fully equipped with a superb range of modern appliances and a generous array of utensils and crockery, complemented by shiny work surfaces providing a practical food preparation for tasty holiday meals and snacks! Conveniently, a back door leads to the outdoor dining area, all creating the perfect environment where budding holiday chefs can create their culinary delights.
Bedroom: Continuing on the ground floor, from the entrance hall on your right, you'll find a guest bedroom thoughtfully designed for those who prefer to avoid stairs. This room features a comfortable king size bed with private bathroom for added convenience.
FIRST FLOOR BEDROOMS
Ascend the stairs to discover two beautifully appointed bedrooms, each boasting its own ensuite shower facilities. Located at the front of the house, the rooms offer king-size beds and a private balcony with views overlooking the neighbouring rooftops. ALL bedrooms are installed with Air Conditioning and have Smart TVs for your enjoyment.
OUTDOOR AMENITIES:
Step outside to an impressive array of outdoor amenities. The inviting 10m x 5m blue pool beckons for swimming and leisurely play. Sunbeds are scattered on the surrounding terraces for sunbathers. Both adults and children will find plenty to enjoy in this outdoor space, including a pool table, al fresco dining facilities with optional shade, and a round top barbecue to enjoy food and wine on a balmy summer evening.

There are no steps leading to the villa, but there are stairs to the first floor bedrooms. Parking within the residential zone, in front of the house.
