The space
This modern apartment is literally on the edge of Tolcarne Beach with a direct view of the sea - the private balcony overlooks 3 of Newquay's most beautiful beaches. The flat is in a central location, less than a minute away by foot from the nearest shops and restaurants.

Rocklands can sleep two people on a huge king size bed, and the living room has a spacious L shaped sofa from which the breathtaking view can be seen. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances including a Dolce Gusto coffee machine, a four burner electric hob with an oven, a dishwasher and microwave as well as other standard kitchen appliances. The bathroom has a grand bathtub and a separate shower and is stocked with a wide range of toiletries.
