Villa Nova is an exclusive, detached wellness villa on Ameland for guests who consciously choose quality, tranquility, and privacy. The villa is located in the dune area, within walking distance of the beach and the village of Nes, and combines a unique location with high-end comfort and a relaxed atmosphere.

As the owners, we are from Ameland ourselves and have furnished Villa Nova just as we would like to stay there: spacious, bright, and with great attention to detail. After a day outdoors on the island, it’s wonderful to return to the villa, use the sauna, and enjoy the comfort and tranquility of the surroundings in complete peace.

Layout & Comfort
Villa Nova is stylishly furnished, and its warm atmosphere will make you feel right at home. The spacious living room features a cozy sitting area where you can watch a good movie on the flat-screen TV in the evening or enjoy a good book. The spacious oak dining table is located in the beautiful, modern kitchen, which is fully equipped.

On the first floor, there is one bedroom with an en suite bathroom featuring a shower—ideal for guests who prefer to stay on the first floor.

Upstairs, there are three bedrooms and a spacious, separate bathroom with a bathtub, shower, sauna, double sink, and toilet. There is also a separate toilet on the first floor. Additionally, the upper floor features a separate wellness area with a solarium.

The villa is stylishly and luxuriously furnished. Large windows provide plenty of natural light and a pleasant connection to the outdoors. The spacious living and dining room and the fully equipped kitchen make the home ideal for longer stays.

Restaurants, shops, and other amenities are easily accessible on foot, while the immediate surroundings remain peaceful and green. Hiking and biking trails start practically right at the front door.
