Enjoy a large terrace, sun loungers, outdoor dining area, barbecue, fully equipped kitchen, and fast Wi-Fi. It is the ideal accommodation for families, groups of friends, guests attending weddings at La Baronia or This Must Be The Place, or those embarking on a cruise from Barcelona. It is also a great option for visitors to the Circuit de Catalunya in Montmeló for Formula 1 or MotoGP events.

Whether for a weekend getaway, a group holiday, or a family trip, this villa has everything you need to feel at home. Please note that in the pool area and on the villa’s rooftops, minors must always be accompanied by adults to avoid the risk of falls in unfenced areas and around the pool.

Services and Common Areas

You will have full access to all areas of the 504 m² house, entirely for your exclusive use, so you can enjoy it to the fullest and feel at home—this is our main goal. The same applies to the entire outdoor area, set on a 2,500 m² private plot, exclusively for you.

Other Things to Note

The house is located in a residential area. Parties are not allowed, and guests are required to respect neighborhood rules. During summer, outdoor bonfires are not permitted.

ATTENTION: Some areas of the house, such as rooftops and terraces, as well as certain outdoor areas like the pool and garden, are not fenced. Please take special care, especially with children, to prevent falls or injuries. Children must always be supervised by an adult.
