Welcome to this charming Tuscan estate near the sea, where tranquility, space, and warmth come together.

Scattered across the green grounds are several cosy cottages—each with its own terrace—accommodating 2 to 8 people. Ideal for couples, families, or groups of friends who want to enjoy each other’s company while still appreciating their own space.

Children have the time of their lives here: they can play freely in the large garden, climb in the treehouse, and have a blast by the pool, while parents relax in the shade or on their own terrace.

Several barbecues are available on the property for long summer evenings with delicious food and a glass of local wine.

And the best part? The sea is just a few minutes’ drive away. The charming seaside town of Marina di Castagneto Carducci offers beautiful sandy beaches and restaurants for the ultimate holiday experience. Castagneto Carducci and the famous Bolgheri, with its iconic cypress-lined avenue, are also nearby.

The apartment:

Spacious, cosy, and ideal for larger families or groups

Apartment 2 is a spacious and comfortable place to stay, perfect for larger families or families travelling together. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms, and two bathrooms, ensuring everyone has plenty of convenience and privacy.

Above the various rooms are several cosy sleeping lofts (soppalchi) with a total of four single beds.

Air conditioning: Please note!! The cost of using the air conditioning must be paid at checkout.

The layout is as follows:

1 single bed on the loft above one of the double bedrooms

1 single bed on the loft above the other double bedroom

2 single beds on the loft on the kitchen side

In addition, there is the option to add an extra bed for €30 per person per day.
A cot can be added free of charge (no extra fee).

The apartment is equipped with air conditioning.
