The space
The apartment features 3 spacious bedrooms, comfortably accommodating your group. One of the bedrooms includes a dedicated workspace, ideal for remote work or quiet moments of focus. Set within a beautiful historic building, the apartment has been fully renovated, blending timeless character with modern comfort—making it a true gem.
The fully equipped kitchen includes all essential amenities for a comfortable stay, such as a coffee machine, oven, refrigerator, and complete kitchen utensils, allowing you to prepare meals just like at home.
Located on the 3rd floor, the apartment enjoys exceptional natural light and open views. Its prime location offers easy walking access to the beach and the train station, providing a fantastic opportunity to explore Estoril, Cascais, and Lisbon.
Other things to note
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor without an elevator. This is an important consideration for guests with reduced mobility or those traveling with heavy luggage.
Check-In Process: Check-in is simple and contactless. Guests may arrive any time after the designated check-in time on their arrival date and access the apartment using a secure key lockbox—no need for the host to be present.
Legal & Registration: The apartment is officially registered with Turismo de Portugal and supervised by local authorities.
In compliance with local regulations, we are required to report all guest details to national authorities.

Tourist Tax: Please note that there is a city tax of €4 per person, per night is not included in the total price and should be paid on site.
