This property has been renovated and decorated throughout by a local interior designer. Styled in a modern contemporary way with attention to all the details, with luxury finishes. Four double bedrooms all with shower rooms and dressings.
The Villa is open plan, with a large lounge opening out onto the terrace (sea side) also the rear terrace with a dining. There is a large fully equipped kitchen and guest WC.
The Master bedroom is on the ground floor opening out onto the terrace.
There is a TV/games area upstairs with a long balcony running the entire length of the Villa.

The garden area has been designed and landscaped. It is a beautiful garden with Mediterranean shrubs & plants, Olive trees, palms, roses, and lavender. There has been a lighting system installed and many pieces of artwork have been placed throughout to give a dramatic effect. The garden furnishings are all new and well-appointed with the wonderful sea view in mind.

Sinopolis Domaine, Gassin.
This domaine sits on the hill just off the Main Road into Saint Tropez.
There is cycle path from Sinopolis into St Tropez.
There is cylcle path in the other direction which leads you to Port Grimaud.
Bike Hire can be arranged for you.

This is a great neighborhood, its quiet and very safe. All your parking is off road behind the Villa gates. There is also a camera system at the front gate and in the parking. There is parking for around 5 cars.

With the Villa, you will have luxury linen, towels and toiletries. Included is the End Stay clean and if you book for over a week you will have a sheet /towel change.
For an additional cost, we can offer extra housekeeping services, airport transfers (road & heli), bicycle or Electric Moke rental, beauty services, sports coach (tennis/personal trainer), massage, day boat charter and chef services.
We can also pre stock the Villa with wines or soft drinks at your request.
