The entrance to the lovely apartment is located along the characteristic narrow streets of the historic center of Acaya.
The furnishings are well cared for and bring together antiques and modern design elements, vintage lamps and paintings made by the owner: a unique environment.
The large star vaults in Lecce stone give the typical house an authentic and welcoming atmosphere.
The air-conditioned entrance hall is furnished with a sitting room and 1 double sofa bed. From here one passes to the living room in which there are 1 double sofa bed, table and chairs, TV, and open kitchenette.
Next, you move to the air-conditioned triple bedroom furnished with 1 double bed + 1 single sofa bed. The bedroom leads to both the full shower room and the back veranda, equipped with table and chairs, washstand, and sitting area.
The veranda is shared with another suite in the same complex. From here a spiral staircase leads to the large terrace from which you can admire the entire small town of Acaya.
Just 20 meters from the house there is free municipal parking.

Acamya Apartment is located in the historic center of Acaya, a hamlet of Vernole and ancient fortified citadel in which there is one of the most beautiful castles in Salento.
Located halfway between Lecce and the sea, Acaya is famous precisely for its castle built in the 16th century. It has just 450 inhabitants but offers all essential services such as bars and groceries.
Less than 3 km away is the famous Acaya Golf Club, about 5 km away is the Cesine nature reserve, and less than 10 km away are the beautiful beaches of the Adriatic coast.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro. 
- The veranda is shared with another suite in the same complex.
- Bathroom with a blackout glass window overlooking a shared outdoor area.
- There is only one double bed; the other sleeping arrangements are on sofa beds.
