Located in Melendugno, the Dimora Elia apartment has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Spread over two floors, it features a living room with a sofa bed for two, a fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom and one bathroom, accommodating up to 4 guests. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, a dedicated workspace for home office, a smart TV with streaming services, air conditioning, a fan, and a washing machine. Public transport links are within walking distance. Melendugno is connected by bus to cities like Lecce, Otranto, Maglie, and others, with extra routes in summer to the seaside resorts of San Foca, Torre Dell'Orso, Roca, and Sant'Andrea. The bus stop is just 100 meters from the property. From Bari or Brindisi, you can reach Melendugno via Lecce, then continue by bus or taxi.

Possibly the most beautiful apartment we have ever stayed in. Kitchen was so well equipped, I had everything I needed to prepare and cook meals. The bedroom had beautiful linens and lots of closet and drawer space for clothes. A nice patio for enjoying morning coffee or a glass of wine in the afternoon. Easy parking outside and a 15 minute drive to the beach. Hosts were very hospitable and responded immediately to our questions. Bike rental 300 meters down the road.

Beautiful house in a quaint, charming Salento town. Great people!

Pros: The host and the entire family are incredibly kind and helpful. We were met upon our arrival. Every question was answered promptly and we were given a wonderful history of the area. Hosts advised us of things to do in the area and we were even able to attend a local Festa, which was fantastic. The house is beautiful and has all the wonderful architectural details that are synonymous with the region.... exposed stone, star vaults, just charming. Every possible amenity was in the house and it has the absolutely, best equipped kitchen of any rental we have stayed in. We loved it so much we extended so we could stay there for the duration of our time in Italy. We will definitely stay there again. Highly recommended. Highly recommended, you wo Cons: Nothing to say.... it was perfect.

Muchísimo mejor de lo que esperábamos

Pros: Todo. Las fotos muestran que la casa está muy bien, pero la realidad es mejor. La casa estaba impecable (pocas casas tan limpias he encontrado en alquileres de vacaciones), tenía todo lo que pudiéramos necesitar, además de ser cómoda y amplia. Los servicios funcionaban perfectamente (wifi, electrodomésticos, aire acondicionado…). La atención además fue inmejorable, nos recibieron muy amablemente y nos ofrecieron consejos para nuestra estancia allí. Además nos dejaron varios detalles como pastas típicas, café buenísimo, champú, jabón de lavadora… que se agradecen de corazón. Muchas gracias por vuestra hospitalidad y por ofrecernos una estancia tan agradable. Cons: Absolutamente nada.

Casa veramente molto accogliente

Pros: La casa è decisamente molto bella, dotata di ogni accessorio necessario a rendere il soggiorno confortevole e rilassante. Non mancava nulla, una pulizia incredibile, un attenzione ai particolari da sottolineare. Host fantastici gentili e sempre disponibile. Ottimo!
