This modern 34m² studio with a terrace, decorated to provide comfort and make you feel at home, is the perfect starting point to explore the city of Porto and its attractions.

Ideal for couples, this studio features an open-plan layout with a mezzanine. The living room, located on the lower floor, is equipped with two comfortable armchairs and a TV, creating a cozy environment to relax, also featuring a dining table by the window.

The kitchenette is equipped to prepare meals and features a stove hob, microwave, fridge, and coffee machine. For added convenience, there is also a washing machine available in the storage area.

Access to the private terrace is directly from the living room, where you can relax outside. The terrace has decking and is equipped with a table and chairs, ideal for enjoying sunny days.

The sleeping area is located on the charmingly decorated mezzanine. It is equipped with a comfortable double bed and cabinets for your belongings, benefiting from natural light from the upper windows.

The bed comes with quality linens to ensure maximum comfort, and the bathroom features all amenities, including a shower, towels, and toiletries for your convenience.

The space is always professionally cleaned.

The studio is located on the second floor, and access is exclusively via stairs, making it unsuitable for people with reduced mobility.

Located in the historic Bonfim area, an artery that breathes the city's liberal history. The neighbourhood combines an authentic and "neighbourly" atmosphere with an emerging cultural energy, where art galleries, specialty coffee shops, and romantic gardens (such as Nova Sintra and Prado do Repouso) coexist side by side. Just a few steps away, you will find the Fontainhas Viewpoint, which offers one of the most dramatic and photogenic views over the bridges and the Douro River.

Proximity to the heart of Porto is excellent. The Heroísmo Metro station is literally at your doorstep, placing you just a 3-minute ride from Trindade and the city centre. If you prefer walking, a pleasant 15 to 20-minute stroll takes you directly to the vibrant Rua de Santa Catarina, the Bolhão Market, and the majestic Café Majestic. This location allows you to experience the genuine Porto, away from excessive tourist crowds, but close enough to walk everywhere.

This address is undoubtedly the perfect hub for exploring Northern Portugal. Being just a few metres from Campanhã Station (the city's main railway hub, accessible on foot or 1 metro stop away), you have total freedom to take unforgettable day trips. Without needing a car, you can catch direct trains to Guimarães (the birthplace of the nation), the historic city of Braga, or the canals of Aveiro. It is the ideal base for those who want to collect experiences, both inside and outside the city.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and by car.

There are bus stops in the surrounding streets, with several lines, and the Heroísmo metro station is just 65 meters away. Heroísmo station has a direct connection to the airport.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 23-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
