2) A bedroom with a mezzanine with a 140cm wide bed (with a staircase to the top which is quite steep so good for kids/teenagers), plus a pull-out couch (140cm) which is extra on the ground level, and a bathroom that has a sink and shower.
3) A room that we use as an office space that has one single bed


The lower level has a large game room with a pool table, a foodball table, and TV. It also has a separate wellness area with a sauna and jacuzzi and a shower, toilet and sink.
This floor has a total of 5 bedrooms:
1) A bedroom with a double bed of 160cm
2)A bedroom with a double bed of 160cm, with a bathroom with a shower and sink
3) A separate family room that has one bedroom with a double bed (160cm) plus a separate bedroom with two single beds (bunk beds), with a shared bathroom that has a shower, toilet and sink
4) A bedroom with two beds (both 140cm each) with a bathroom with a sink and shower
