Villa MiraLuna is a beautiful holiday home in Moraira, suited for up to eight guests and located just a five-minute drive or a short walk from Moraira town center, its beaches, restaurants, and shops. Set in a residential area, the villa combines privacy, space, and Mediterranean charm, making it an ideal choice for a relaxing stay on the Costa Blanca.



You enter the property via the private driveway that leads to the covered naya, where a dining table and a comfortable lounge set invite you to unwind while enjoying views off the well-maintained Mediterranean garden. From here, you step into the living area, featuring a cosy seating space with three sofas and a Smart TV, as well as a dining area.



Adjacent to the living space is the fully equipped kitchen with a bar table, offering everything needed for a carefree holiday. The kitchen includes a fridge, freezer, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, L’Or coffee machine, filter coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and dishwasher. From the kitchen, you also have direct access to the outdoor areas, creating an easy flow between indoor and outdoor living.



On the main level, there are three comfortable bedrooms. One bedroom, located down the hall from the kitchen, has a double bed, wardrobe, air conditioning, and a bathroom next to it with a shower, sink, and toilet. The other two bedrooms are situated near the living area and both feature two single beds, air conditioning, and wardrobe space. These rooms share a bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet.



An internal staircase leads upstairs to the fourth bedroom. This bedroom has a double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, and an en-suite bathroom with a bath-shower combination, sink, and toilet. From this level, you can also access a rooftop terrace with pleasant views over the surrounding neighbourhood.



Outside, Villa MiraLuna truly shines with its beautifully maintained Mediterranean garden and private swimming pool, which can be heated on request (see conditions below). Around the pool, you will find sun loungers for soaking up the Spanish sunshine, as well as an outdoor shower. There is also a separate dining area under a sunshade, ideal for long lunches or evening dinners outdoors.



The villa offers free Wi-Fi throughout, private parking for two cars on the property, and additional parking available on the street. All in all, Villa MiraLuna is a perfect holiday villa, ideally located very close to Moraira, the sea, and a wide selection of restaurants and shops, offering everything needed for a memorable and relaxing stay without the need to use your car every day.



Pool heating:

The pool can be heated on request from April 1st to November 1st. The costs are €25 per day and start from the day we turn on the pump.



Please note:

1: Smoking is not allowed in this accommodation.

2: Only two (2) well-behaved dogs (no other type of pets) are allowed up to 20 kg. Additional fee: €50

3: The maximum number of tenants is strictly limited to 8 persons; exceeding this number is not permitted.

4: The villa is located in a residential area. Parties and excessive noise are prohibited at all times.

5: You rent a private accommodation. Toilet paper and soap are provided upon arrival, but you must restock them yourself.
