Lovely villa. Easily walkable to all that is needed with Moraira. Also a perfect place to explore further. The villa is well equipped, spacious and we were very comfortable as a group of 4 adults. Would be more than happy to return.

This was a beautiful villa, located within walking distance of Moraira town. It was extremely well equipped with plenty of crockery, cutlery, etc. The beds were large and really comfortable. Outside the pool was of a very good size (8 x 4m) and beside it was a lovely naya giving nice shade when needed.

A fantastic property and Paula (property manager) is outstanding!! She went above and beyond, even booking my husband a dentist appointment when he got toothache. The property is beautifully appointed, in a fantastic location, just 10 minutes walk to the centre of Moraria and there is space for everyone to spread out. I cannot recommend this property enough and cannot thank Paula enough for making the whole experience seamless.

Great property in a great location

Lovely villa in a great location for easy walking access to Moraira. Great indoor and outdoor space with nice outdoor dining options and a really nice pool. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic location. Easy 10 minute walk into the centre of Moraira or to the beach. Well appointed villa with everything you could possibly need. Paula was a great host who responded very quickly to any questions we asked. Would definitely return to this villa again.

Beautiful villa in a fantastic location

The property is beautiful, it has been recently renovated to a high standard. Within walking distance of the town and beach. Can’t recommend enough, I would happily book again in a heartbeat. Paula went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay.

Absolutely Perfect Stay!Casa Serendipity is a stunning villa – beautifully renovated, spotless, and incredibly peaceful. It was also the best-equipped villa we’ve ever stayed in – everything we could possibly need was there. The private pool was a dream, and every detail was thoughtfully done. Paula, the host, was amazing – super helpful, kind, and always available. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend and can’t wait to return!

Wonderful villa in great location highly recommend

We stayed here for 10 nights and everything was flawless from communication with Paula, a chilled bottle of cava on arrival and great local restaurant recommendations. The villa was perfect, we loved the decor upstairs and everyone had their own en-suite! The appliances were decent too, from the spacious fridges to gas bbq. The polars was secluded ans villa secure with electric gates. The location was so easy, 5-10min drive to big supermarket and 15min walk to beaches and restaurants. Thank you for a wonderful and relaxing stay!

A Perfect Stay at Villa Serendipity – Spacious, Peaceful, and Beautifully Appointed

We stayed at Villa Serendipity in mid-June 2025 for 8 days and 7 nights, and from the moment we arrived, we were thoroughly impressed. The villa is located in the charming town of Moraira, just south of Valencia, and it truly lives up to its name – a serendipitous find!First Impressions & Check-in:The villa was immaculate on arrival – spacious, spotlessly clean, and generously equipped. Check-in was seamless thanks to Paula, the property manager, who was incredibly accommodating and arranged to meet us at a time that suited our travel plans.The Villa:The layout is excellent. There are three en suite double bedrooms, each with its own seating area. The ground floor includes a shared lounge and a small kitchenette, while upstairs offers a large living room, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. One of the highlights was the outdoor barbecue and dining area overlooking the treetops – perfect for relaxed evenings.Outdoor Spaces:The private pool was a standout – large, clean, and very inviting. Surrounding it were multiple outdoor seating areas: a shaded dining space, sun loungers, a hammock tucked away in the garden, a secluded breakfast spot, and a secure car porch behind electric gates for added privacy. The beautifully maintained gardens added a real sense of peace and luxury.Amenities:The villa has excellent amenities, including strong Wi-Fi, Netflix and other streaming services, and air conditioning throughout – which was a lifesaver during the heat.
