- Quiet Hours: Please be considerate of our neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum, especially between 10 PM and 8 AM.
- Guests Only: Only guests listed on the booking may stay overnight in the apartment.
- Respect the Space: We ask that you treat our home as if it were your own, respecting furniture, decor, and amenities.

Guests will enjoy full, private access to The Hideaway Cottage throughout their stay. The entire property is yours to relax and unwind, including two beautifully appointed bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a comfortable living area. Step outside to the serene rear garden—a perfect spot for morning coffee or evening relaxation. Complimentary on-site parking is also available, adding extra convenience for those arriving by car. • Late Check-In / Check-Out
We’re happy to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs when requested in advance, subject to availability. An additional fee applies—please reach out to our team for more details.

• Luggage Drop-Off
We can hold your luggage for a short period on the day of check-in or check-out (between 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM) for a small fee. Kindly arrange this in advance.

• Bedding Arrangements
Bedding is provided based on the number of guests on the booking. If you require additional bedding, please inform us before your arrival so we can prepare accordingly. Requests made after check-in may incur an extra charge.

• Quiet Hours & No Parties
We kindly ask guests to respect our quiet hours and avoid loud music or parties, as we strive to maintain a peaceful environment for all residents in the building.

• Key Security
Please take care of the keys during your stay. Lost keys will result in a replacement fee.
