- Living and Dining

A cozy corner to rest after wandering Alfama’s alleys. Sink into the sofa, share a meal at the table for 4, or just let the TV play while the neighborhood hum drifts through the windows.

- Bedroom 1

A snug double room with a 140x200 cm bed and wardrobe. The small window gives ventilation, but this is really a space to retreat, close the door, and rest.

- Bedroom 2

Bright and versatile: a single bed that turns into two. With frosted-glass doors and traditional windows, it’s a space where morning light and Alfama’s rhythm greet you.

- Kitchen

Compact, yet practical, and perfect for simple meals and slow mornings. Brew your coffee with the Nespresso machine, make quick breakfasts with the toaster, or cook dinner on the 4-burner electric stovetop with oven and microwave. There’s also a mini-fridge to keep your essentials fresh and a washing machine for longer stays. Everything you need without taking space from your Lisbon adventures.

- Bathroom

Small but functional, with a shower for a quick refresh before diving back into Alfama’s streets.

- 1st floor, no elevator. Access via a traditional wooden staircase.

- Ongoing works in a nearby building, schedule for completion is undefined.

￫ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.
￫ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in.
￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.
￫ Check-in time starts from 15:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided.
￫ We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information.
￫ Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table.
￫ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.
￫ For stays equal to or longer than 28 days, monthly utility bills exceeding €150 will be charged separately. By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.
￫ Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT.:

- Please confirm your check-in time as soon as possible so we can arrange everything specially for you.
- Flexible check-in and check-out are available upon request, but only if the property is available. These requests must be done in advance.
- Late Check-Out Fee.: Possible if the property is available, but it’s subject to a payment of a 25€ fee.
- Early Check-In Fee.: Possible if the property is available, but it’s subject to a payment of a 25€ fee.


CLEANING and LAUNDRY.:

- Bedding Sets and Towels are provided according with the number of guests.
- The Cleaning Fee covers the check-in/check-out cleaning only.
- For longer stays it's possible to arrange extra cleanings (with an additional cost).
- For stays longer than 7 nights, extra linen will be provided.
- The apartment is always cleaned by a professional cleaning service. If there's something that doesn't meet your standards, please contact us.


OTHER RULES.:

- Make sure you are up-to-date on travel restrictions/requirements. We may ask for additional documentation according to government guidelines.
- Children’s High Chair and Baby Crib available by request (extra cost of 25€).
- The silent period in Portugal is between 22h00 and 08h00, and night rest period must be respected. The apartment is in a residential area and you should be aware that social events and other activities that might disturb the neighbors are prohibited.
- During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.
- Lisbon is a historic city in continuous modernization, which may result in renovation works in the vicinity of the building without prior notice. We would also like to remind you that the property is located in a residential building, where conservation or renovation works may occur during your stay.
