But let’s be honest—Mouraria has its urban charm with a touch of authenticity, where you might encounter some of the city’s more peculiar characters.

Discover the true soul of Lisbon in this charming 56-square-meter apartment, located on the 3rd floor of a historic building without an elevator. Set in a vibrant area full of restaurants, bars, and activity, it’s the perfect starting point for those looking to dive into the city’s energy. Note that the atmosphere can be lively and noisy, especially on weekends—an authentic experience of Lisbon’s urban life.

Like many older buildings in this historic city, the apartment features wooden floors that add charm but can be a bit noisy when walked on.

Parking is paid, on the street, and subject to availability.

→ Bedrooms
The apartment offers two bedrooms, both with double beds and electric heaters for extra comfort. One of the bedrooms is en suite, ensuring privacy and convenience.

→ Bathrooms
There are two modern bathrooms with showers. As they are interior bathrooms, we recommend keeping the doors open whenever possible and airing out the apartment regularly during your stay to prevent moisture buildup (and associated odors).

→ Living/Dining Room
The living room is the perfect place to unwind after a day exploring the city. Enjoy a movie night on the flat-screen TV, relax on the inviting sofa bed, or share a meal with friends at the dining table for 4.

→ Terrace
The apartment includes a relaxing terrace with a dining table for 4. It’s ideal for a quiet break or an informal outdoor dinner. Please note that the terraces are connected, creating an open and shared atmosphere.

→ Kitchen
The equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare quick or cozy meals: fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, iron, microwave, and Dolce Gusto coffee machine (coffee not included).

Good to Know

Let’s be honest — this is a classic Lisbon apartment, full of charm… and a few quirks you’ll want to know before arriving:

The apartment is in an old building with no elevator. The wooden floors add character, but they creak and can get noisy when walked on.

You’re right in the heart of Mouraria, surrounded by restaurants, local life, and movement. It can be noisy at night, especially on weekends. It’s part of the authentic Lisbon experience. If you’re a light sleeper, we recommend bringing earplugs.

Parking is on the street, paid, and quite limited. If you’re driving, be ready to circle around a bit.

There’s no air conditioning. Electric heaters are available for colder days and fans for summer — but if you’re heat-sensitive, keep that in mind.

The apartment is located at the top of a hill, with typical cobbled streets. Lisbon isn’t flat, so bring comfortable shoes and get ready for some uphill walking.

There is construction work taking place nearby, which may cause some daytime noise on weekdays. Unfortunately, it’s out of our control - but we like to keep things transparent.

→ The property is ''Self-Catered''. Basic items are provided for your arrival, including hygiene products for the first day, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered as a courtesy only - replacements or refills are not included.
→ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in your reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, an additional bed and bath kit will be provided free of charge at check-in.
→ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers only the check-out cleaning. Extra cleanings or additional linen changes can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
→ Check-in starts at 3:00 PM and check-out must be done by 11:00 AM. Upon departure, please place the keys inside the lockbox.
→ During your stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving the keys in the lock or mailbox. In case of need for technical assistance to open the door or in case of damage to the keys and/or lock, the costs resulting from this service will be borne by the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.
→ The property is equipped with noise decibel monitoring sensors. This system performs advanced analysis while ensuring the privacy of our guests, as no cameras are used, and no sound is recorded. Only noise levels are measured, thus guaranteeing the tranquility and comfort of everyone during their stay.
→ A crib and baby chair are available upon request and are subject to an additional cost.
→ For stays equal to or longer than 28 days, monthly consumptions exceeding €150 will be charged separately. By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.
