2BDR Apt with parking in Lisbon
Summary:
Experience Lisbon's charm in my 2-bedroom, 90sqm apartment. Enjoy Wi-Fi, AC, and complimentary indoor parking. Ideal for families, friends, or remote workers. Located in Arroios district, near attractions like Miradouro da Senhora do Monte, Dona Maria National Theater, Rossio Square, and St. George’s Castle. Explore Lisbon's vibrant culture and scenic viewpoints from this centrally located haven.
The Space:
As a graduate student in Oxford, I was drawn to Lisbon's allure, delving into its history of globalization and the Portuguese Golden Age. Years later, I fulfilled my dream of owning this apartment. I invite you to savor Lisbon's authenticity with the care of a dedicated hospitality team.
The apartment boasts designer-decorated, spacious interiors and an unbeatable location near attractions and restaurants. It offers a rare luxury in Lisbon - a private indoor parking garage, allowing you to explore on foot or ride the historic tram. AC units in each room, another rarity, ensure comfort, and an elevator brings convenience to your doorstep.
The living area blends bright decor with tasteful finishes, featuring a sofa bed for two. The well-equipped kitchen awaits your culinary creations, though with fantastic eateries like Ramiro nearby, options abound.
The master bedroom houses a plush queen-size bed, while the second bedroom offers two cozy singles, all dressed in hotel-quality linens. Ample storage and blackout blinds add to your comfort.
Two well-appointed bathrooms provide options for relaxation or an energizing shower, complete with towels and toiletries.
Rest assured, the property receives professional cleaning before your stay. And after a day of city exploration, take advantage of the building's elevator for a convenient return.
Guest Access:
You will have the whole place to yourself. There is also a dishwasher in the apartment that you can use. We will provide you with the products needed for it, as well as basic supplies for cooking and shower. The whole place is available.

The city’s old Moorish area has been a neighborhood of immigrants since the 12th century, with a rich history of music, art, and unique architecture. Recent investment and a re-appreciation for the underground culture of this previously deprived area has led to a trendy hipster movement taking root. Sometimes referred to as the Shoreditch or Brooklyn of Lisbon, Mouraria is earning itself a reputation as a cool cultural hotspot in one of the oldest parts of the city. Over the summer months, every Friday and Saturday there are free, high-quality outdoor fado concerts sponsored by the municipality, that pay homage to the musical history of the neighborhood where fado is said to originate from.
You can enjoy just chilling out in the open green space at the Jardim da Cerca da Graça, where you’ll find a food and drink kiosk, a picnic area and three west-facing viewing spots from which to see the sunset. For a unique shopping opportunity, head to Cortiço & Netos where you can browse thousands of traditional Portuguese patterned tiles, including many rare and discontinued styles.
When it comes to places to eat, Mouraria is filled with amazing low-key restaurants serving fresh, delicious food. Santo André has a shabby chic look to it that means it could easily be mistaken for someone’s back-yard. The restaurant actually sits on the famous Number 28 tram route and serves mouth-watering fresh fish and meat dishes. Honoring the neighborhoods immigrant history, one of the best restaurants to enjoy non-Portuguese cuisine is Shilabo's, where you can tuck into delicious Angolan dishes including stews and grilled fish.
Zé da Mouraria is one of the most renowned Portuguese restaurants in the area, with oven-roasted duck rice the in-house specialty. For an evening drink, head to Topo which sits on the top floor of Centro Commercial and is a great spot to enjoy a cool cocktail with a view. A bar that really espouses the spirit of the area is Renovar a Mouraria. Locals will gather outside this unique bar, underneath colorful bunting and play Brazilian and North African music. What’s more, all profits are put back into the local community.
Getting Around:
You know, you are at the center of the city. Why don't you put on your best walking shoes, parked your car in my private garage, and walked on the cobble roads that generations have walked before you, showering yourself in the rich and melancholy history of Portgual.
If you indulged yourself too much drinks, Uber is a safe and quick way to get around. Fair is around 10 euros intra-city. By the way, you should not miss the famous Lisbon tram if you are here. Use the tram 28 or the metro from either Intendente or Martim Moniz stop to quickly get around the city.
Other Things to Note:
-The flat meant for 6 people. No additional guests allowed. 2 guests per bedrooms, and there is a double sofa bed in the living room for 2.
-Although most homes in Portugal don’t have central heating, this apartment provides AC in every room to either heat up or cool down. But please turn them off when you leave the apartment
-Electricity: It is fairly common in Lisbon for the electricity to trip if more than two high wattage electrical appliances are being used at the same time. Please keep this in mind when using appliances like heaters, washing machines, hairdryers, kettles, toasters, fans, etc. Guests will be charged €40 if the electricity trips due to overuse.
Check-in time is from 3 pm and check-out time is until 11:00 am. Please note that if you need a late check-in, it will require the payment of an extra fee as per the following:
- From 20:00 to 02:00h: €25
- After 02:00h: Confirm availability before booking
This fee will be collected before the check-in and must be paid by card or through the Airbnb Resolution Centre.
-All guests will be required to present valid IDs before the check-in for registration to the Portuguese security authorities
- If guests lock themselves out of the property OR they do not place keys in the lockbox at checkout, a 50€ fee will apply. If a guest loses a set of keys during their stay, an 80€ fee will apply.
-Please note the water heater has limited capacity. Once the hot water runs out, it will take some time for the water to warm up.
-Please be eco-friendly and turn off all the lights and electrical appliances (such as heaters and fans) when you leave the apartment.
City Tax may be applicable for this property. This tax is not included in the booking price and will be collected directly from you before the check-in. The amount is calculated per person, per night, and could vary according to local regulations. To ensure a smooth check-in process, we kindly request that you complete this payment in advance.
