This apartment was designed for comfort and convenience with inviting areas, while the fully equipped kitchenette includes everything you need to prepare meals with ease. The ideal home away from home for those looking to experience the best of Porto while enjoying the charm of a vibrant neighborhood.

- Building
Apartment located on the second floor of a renovated building, in Bonfim, a cosmopolitan and vibrant area of Porto characterized by its numerous shops, cafés, and restaurants, and very close to the city center!

Note that street parking is limited.

The large French windows flood the space with natural light, warming the atmosphere and making it even more inviting. This is complemented by modern and minimalist decor, punctuated with colorful elements.

- Living Area
Consists of an elegant and comfortable sofa, air conditioning, and a Smart TV, as well as a dining table.
A fully equipped kitchenette allows you to prepare your meals with all the convenience.

- Kitchenette
Fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, electric kettle, espresso coffee machine (coffee not included), and washing machine and dishwasher.

- Bedroom
Perfectly lit by the large windows that open onto a small balcony, it features a double bed (140cm x 200cm) and a large wardrobe to keep your belongings organized! It has an open-concept design, seamlessly connecting to the living area without a separating door.

- Bathroom
Modern bathroom with shower.

￫ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.

￫ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation.

￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.

￫ Check-in time starts at 15:00 and check-out must be done until 11:00(am). Before leaving, please place the keys inside the lockbox.

￫ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.

￫ Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee.

￫ Monthly bill consumptions exceeding €150 will be charged separately. By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.

￫ Please keep in mind that the complete passport/ID details of all guests are required by Portuguese authorities. If you are a Portuguese citizen or booking on behalf of a registered company, providing a tax identification number is also mandatory.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT.:

- Please confirm your check-in time as soon as possible so we can arrange everything specially for you.

- Flexible check-in and check-out are available upon request, but only if the property is available. These requests must be done in advance. and are subject to an extra fee of 25€.



CLEANING and LAUNDRY.:

- Bedding Sets and Towels are provided according with the number of guests.

- The Cleaning Fee covers the check-in/check-out cleaning only.

- For longer stays it's possible to arrange extra cleanings (with an additional cost).

- For stays longer than 7 nights, extra linen will be provided.

- The apartment is always cleaned by a professional cleaning service. If there's something that doesn't meet your standards, please contact us.


OTHER RULES.:

- Make sure you are up-to-date on travel restrictions/requirements. We may ask for additional documentation according to government guidelines.

- Children’s High Chair and Baby Crib available by request (extra cost of 25€).

- The silent period in Portugal is between 22h00 and 08h00, and night rest period must be respected. The apartment is in a residential area and you should be aware that social events and other activities that might disturb the neighbours are prohibited.

- As a city in continuous modernization, renovation works may occur in the vicinity of the building without prior notice. We would also like to remind you that the property is located in a residential building, where conservation or renovation works may take place during your stay.
