The property is located in a strategic point of the island, a short distance from the beach of Lacona, reachable on foot or by car and 10 minutes by car from the capital, Portoferraio. In the locality of Lacona it is possible to find a minimarket, to buy basic necessities, and a bank, as well as bars and restaurants on the beach.
