This 100m² duplex sits on the top floor of a quiet residence in Villeneuve-Loubet, offering two spacious terraces, open views over the sea and across Vaugrenier Park. It’s been fully renovated with a clean, modern look and is a great fit for families wanting space, comfort, and a peaceful environment without being far from daily conveniences. You can walk to shops, Villeneuve-Loubet beach, and the TER train station, which connects easily to Nice, Cannes, Antibes and Juan-les-Pins — perfect for day trips along the coast.

The Ground floor comprises only a bedroom with two single beds and an en-suite shower, plus a separate toilet for convenience. On the 1st Floor, a bright living room with large windows and an open kitchen equipped with all essentials for cooking and family meals awaits you. A master bedroom with a double bed, dressing space and a private balcony with sun loungers for a private sunbathe session. Step directly onto the other terrace for outdoor dining or relaxed afternoons overlooking the sea from the living room. There’s another bedroom with bunk beds, ideal for children, a shared lounge area with a sofa, TV and workspace for work or board games, a bathroom with a bathtub and double sink sits on this floor, along with a second toilet. Every room has air conditioning, and private garage parking is included.

If the explorer in you is eager and ready, explore Cap d’Antibes, the beaches of Cannes, the old streets of Nice, and scenic hilltop villages. Local activities include coastal walks, water sports, family parks and marina areas for evening strolls. Board games and children’s books are provided for lazy indoor time as well.

Die wirklich schöne Maisonettewohnung wurde sehr geschmackvoll renoviert und befindet sich in einem deutlich in die Jahre gekommenen Appartementkomplex innerhalb einer ruhigen Parkanlage. Ein großer Supermarkt und der Bahnhof befinden sich etwa 10 Gehminuten entfernt. Zur Wohnung gehört auch ein fester Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage, was für uns ein wichtiger Grund war, diese komplett ausgestattete Wohnung zu mieten. Mit komplett ausgestattet meine ich: - Grundausstattung Lebensmittel inkl. Kaffeepads (hat uns den Anreisetag gerettet) - neue, tolle Balkonmöbel - Geschirr für mehr als 10 Personen - Geschirrspüler, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Waschmaschine mit Trockner - Balkonmarkisen vom Feinsten - Klimaanlagen in allen Räumen - Tennisschläger und Bälle für den nutzbaren Tennisplatz - Spiele und Bälle - liebevolle Dekoration Von den beiden tollen, großen Balkons kann man das Mittelmeer sehen. Um es zu erreichen, muss man allerdings erst eine Unterführung finden, da die industriell geprägte Umgebung vom Meer durch die Bahnschienen getrennt wird. Die Bahn wurde allerdings zu unserem bevorzugten Fortbewegungsmittel für Ausflüge nach Monaco, Antibes und Nizza. Wir fünf Erwachsene mit einem Baby hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt dort. Unsere Prioritäten lagen aber im Kennenlernen der umliegenden Städte, daher war die Lage der Wohnung eher zweitrangig. Wer aber einen Urlaub nur vor Ort plant, der findet sicher schöner gelegene Unterkünfte mit einer ansprechenderen Umgebung. Eine schönere Wohnung zu finden, wird allerdings schwer.
