Lovely big apartment with plenty of outside space with views of the sea. The apartment was very well equipped and having a pool and being so close to the sea front was perfect for what we were looking for from our stay.The host was very accomodating on check in and check out.We arrived and left via train and the station was a 15 minute walk away so it was easy to get into Nice and Antibes.

Lovely 1st floor apartment. Massive balcony with a view of the sea but restricted by other buildings. This is made clear in other comments etc. 15 minute walk to the train station that we used a lot. Visited the nearby racecourse a couple of times which was great fun. Everyone was incredibly friendly and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Antibes is worth a visit. I will be returning.

Our stay was exceptional, we enjoyed every minute. The spade was perfect for us. The beds were very comfortable, the water pressure was perfect, the pool exquisite-the view from our terrace overlooked the pool and just beyond you can see the ocean through the palm trees. It has a wrap around balcony and plenty of seating. It’s a gated community and everyone was extremely pleasant. The upkeep of the pool and grounds is excellent. We loved our location, we had a rental car which was convenient- it’s located so close to Nice, Antibes, Eze, Menton etc…so much to see and do - the restaurants and markets were great…again perfect location for us. We highly recommend it and look forward to returning next year. Thank you!!!

Very nice apartment just behind the boulevard.

Very nice apartment with a very big terrace with view on the swimming pool just behind the boulevard, very clean and nice swimming pool with enough sun beds and space. The location is ideal for the beach, boulevard and public transport. Also supermarkets, a very good bakery and dining nearby. The train station is within a 15 minutes walk from the apartment. We had a wonderful time in this apartment!

Perfect location made a perfect vacation!

This apartment was exactly what we needed and more. We were 3 adults with a car and it was the perfect home base for our Riviera vacation. It is nicer than the pictures and the pool was lovely after long days of touring the area - especially as we had hot sunny days. Other positives were: friendly hosts, many restaurants and grocery in easy walking distance, view of the ocean, beside a beautiful beach boardwalk, close to many sights and activities, close to train, close to airport, lots of space inside, lovely shower, beautiful balcony, friendly neighbours. We really didn’t have any negatives and would stay here again.

Fantastic Location

The location is perfect with shops in walking distance, the sea across the road, restaurants and ice creams parlors literaly on the doorstep.The apartment ist spacious and offers everything you would wish for. The only thing that might be an issue is that there is only one toilet. This wasn't a problem for us thought.The pictures of the pool don't do justice to the actual size - it's HUGE. The garden, pool and surroundings are well maintained with daily cleaning and pool maintenance.We esepcially liked the fact that the car park was gated and secured.Also the balcony is huge around two sides of the property. There is another small balcony accessible from the kitchen. The beds were very comfortable and the place was quite. Unfortunately there were some neighbours in the building that were quite noisy well after 11pm which was a bit of a nuisance. No noise from the main road which was very nice!We can onyl recommend this property and would stay there again next time if it is available.

Das Positive zuerst. Die Wohnanlage ist gepflegt und zentral. Leider sind die Fenster einfach verglast, sodass man Nachts den Lärm von der Straße die 100 m weiter hört. Wir hatten einige Probleme (z.B. kein WLAN, keine Heizung) die schnell behoben wurden. Im Bad blättert die Farbe von der Wand und

Sehr schöne Wohnung in der Nähe von Nizza!

Große Terrasse und eine sehr schöne Pool-Anlage! Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, sehr schöne Bettwäsche, Klima in allen Wohnräumen, eigener Parkplatz. Die Küche ist voll eingerichtet. Das Haus steht in der zweiten Reihe - der Ausblick aufs Meer ist daher auf jeden Fall vorhanden, aber eingeschränkt (entspricht nicht ganz den Bildern). Wir können die Wohnung empfehlen.

Moderne indrettet lejlighed med en skøn terrasse

Vi blev vel modtaget af Arlina, som var meget imødekommende. Lejligheden var indbydende og med rigtig flotte soveværelser og gode senge. Under vort ophold var der håndværkere i lejligheden nedenunder, hvilket gav en del gener, men vores værter forsøgte på bedste vis at løse situationen. Alt i alt et skønt ophold tæt på spisesteder, strand og by.

La plage en face avec des restaurants partout. Le TER est près pour pouvoir visiter tous les villages et plages qu'on veut.
