Poor communication with the team when having to prove identification- left until 4 hours before checking in on the day to be told we were confirmed to stay. (Pending documentation).. Our room was a decent size and the bed comfy. They only left one towel between two adults- would recommend bringing your own.. tried to contact the host but they did not reply. The shower was boiling hot and could not adjust the temperature. Not sure if shower room had been cleaned prior to our arrival as found multiple hairs on the wall in the shower.
