Sea Gables is a beautifully designed home in Exmouth, offering generous space, natural light and a relaxed sense of luxury throughout. Sleeping up to eight guests across four bedrooms, the house has been thoughtfully laid out to suit family holidays, group getaways and longer stays by the sea, combining stylish interiors with practical features for coastal living.



The ground floor is designed around comfort and easy social living. A large entrance hall leads to a light-filled living area that forms the heart of the home, with comfortable seating and a dining area set within the same space. A separate, spacious kitchen diner offers a more informal setting for cooking and eating, fully equipped for everything from quick breakfasts to long, sociable meals. Just off the kitchen space is a snug, perfect as a quiet retreat and for relaxed movie nights. The ground floor also benefits from a large boot room, complete with butler sink, bespoke cabinetry, practical storage and a built-in dog bed, along with a convenient downstairs WC. The entire downstairs area is warmed throughout by underfloor heating for toasty tiles under feet.



The first floor hosts the majority of the bedrooms, offering comfort and privacy for guests. Two generously sized bedrooms feature double beds one king, one queen size) and their own en-suite bathrooms, one fitted with Jack and Jill sinks, showers and WCs. A further bunk bedroom is served by a well-appointed family bathroom with both bath and shower. There is a separate reading room with book-filled shelves and a squishy sofa for peace, quiet and getting lost in literature. At the front of the house is a west-facing balcony ready for sunny drinks. This floor is designed to work equally well for families or groups, with ample bathroom facilities and a calm, restful feel throughout.



Occupying the top floor, the master suite is a true highlight of Sea Gables. This impressive space features a king-size bed, separate dressing room and a luxurious en-suite bathroom with his and hers sinks, dual rain showers and two freestanding bathtubs positioned side-by-side to make the most of the sea views. Juliet doors open to great views over the garden, while underfloor heating in the bathroom and air conditioning in the bedroom adds an extra layer of comfort, creating a private retreat that feels both indulgent and serene.



Separate from the main house, above the garage, is a versatile office or yoga studio, ideal for remote working, creative time or quiet practice away from the main living areas. Below, within the converted garage, is a shower room with WC and laundry room with washer and separate dryer, making this space practical as well as flexible. Outside, the property offers a fully fenced garden with garden furniture for outdoor dining and relaxing, along with an outdoor hot and cold mains shower, perfect for rinsing off after beach days or muddy dog walks. Open-air parking is available on site.
