You will be allocated your holiday home on arrival, if you have any special requests such as particular unit numbers please telephone us as these maybe requested but not guaranteed.

In the swimming pool children under the age of 8 must be accompanied by an adult in the water. No more than 2 children under 8 may accompany an adult. Any child under 4 yrs of age must be accompanied on a one to one basis by an adult in the water.

Charges apply for the soft play areas. Some accommodations at this park allow smoking, if this concerns you please telephone us to make your booking.

This is a family holiday park, football, rugby and work parties of any kind will not be accepted.

Any facilities unable to operate in line with government guidance regarding social distancing will be temporarily suspended during your stay in order to ensure that you and your family are safe. This could affect the swimming pool and indoor entertainment venues. However, where facilities can be safely operated like a wide range of takeaway options, supermarket and laundrette services they will remain available.

Please note, some breeds of dog, including those listed on the Dangerous Dogs Act are not allowed on park.

Guest ID Verification Required Before Your Stay

To help speed up your check-in and ensure a secure experience, all guests are now required to complete a Guest ID verification with Yoti, a UK government-certified identity provider.

What you need to do:

You’ll receive an email with a secure link to complete your verification prior to your arrival. The process takes just a few minutes and involves:

Due to essential maintenance works, Trecco Bay's swimming pool will be closed from Thursday 6th November until Friday 5th December 2025. All other park facilities will remain open & unaffected by the pool closure.

Your car and other vehicles. You should comply with speed limits, parking and traffic regulations on park. We try to provide parking next to or near your holiday home but we can’t guarantee this, please ask at time of booking. Vehicles are brought into the holiday park at your risk and we are not responsible for loss or damage to these except where it is caused by our negligence or fault. Quad bikes, segways, hoverboards, electric scooters and similar, pickup and any commercial or working vehicles including large vans aren’t allowed on park. Commercial vehicles will be turned away from the park and in this event no refund will be given.
