On the ground floor, the living and dining area forms the heart of the chalet, featuring an open-hearth fireplace and electric shutters, with a direct exit to the garden. A separate WC is also located on this level. The ground floor further includes 1 bedroom equipped with a dressing room and 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, along with a private bathroom with bath and WC. This room benefits from a west-facing position and its own exit to the garden. Adjacent to the living area, a large open kitchen is fully equipped and serves as a central gathering space for the household.

On the upper floor, 2 additional bedrooms are available, each furnished with 1 double bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and each featuring its own private bathroom with bath and WC.
