We strongly advise you to visit the Castelinho Leisure Park, it is a unique experience that includes various sports and recreational activities, such as the Water Park and the Mini-Golf Course. It is an 8-minute drive from the property. Not forgetting the Lenta and Mota river beaches, inserted in the banks of the river Minho, where you can relax and find tranquility forgotten by the daily routine.

If you are arriving by plane to Porto, it is best to rent a car.
The trip from Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport to Vila Nova de Cerveira takes approximately 56 minutes.

￫ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis - replacements or re-fills are not provided. All other items must be acquired by the guest.
￫ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in.
￫ Crib is available on request and subject to an extra fee of 25€.
￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.
￫ The self-check-in (electronic lockbox) starts at 16h00. Only one set of keys will be provided.
￫ We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information.
￫ Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table.
￫ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.
￫ In order to ensure your safety and in accordance with Covid-19 best practices, our properties are always cleaned by a professional cleaning service.
￫ For reservations equal or longer than 28 nights, the property bills are included up to 150€. Exceeding amounts will be charged separately.
￫ Please note that charging cars on the property is not allowed, as it may cause damage to both the car and the house. In case of non-compliance, any incurred costs will be charged to the guests.
