We came to Finca Rio Minho in late Sept 2013, and didn't have the best of weather, but it didn't matter: this is a great place to stay. We were in the Cottage, which is an excellent accommodation, and (because of the weather) we used the kitchen quite a lot, which worked very well. The bedroom and bathroom were very good, and spotlessly clean. We loved the garden and views, and Robin was endlessly helpful and great company, as were his lovely dogs and cats. We also enjoyed walks in the hills and along the river to the rocky beach when it was dry, and trips into Portugal to check out the local towns. Lots to do in the area. For such a small village, the local (walkable) restaurants are not bad - and probably rather good in summer. Galicia is definitely interesting, and has far fewer tourists than most coastal locations. And food and wine are very very cheap here. Highly recommended.
