The Space:

Upon arrival in vibrant Ostend, you don’t have to worry about parking, as an underground garage box is included with your stay. This way, your holiday starts completely stress-free.



As you enter the apartment, you immediately step into the bright living room with open kitchen. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with, among other things, a Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle and dishwasher – everything you need to cook comfortably or enjoy a cosy breakfast. From the stylish living area you have direct access to the spacious terrace, where you can enjoy beautiful sea views both inside and outside. In the evening, relax in the lounge with an aperitif after a day at the beach or exploring the city. The living room also features a sofa bed that can easily be converted into a bed for two people.



Casa Cemielka has two fully furnished and tastefully decorated bedrooms, each with a comfortable double bed. Upon arrival, the beds are neatly made with quality linen so you can start enjoying your stay immediately.



The family bathroom is equipped with a large walk-in shower and a single washbasin. Towels are also provided for extra comfort during your stay.



The location completes the picture: close to the beach, near the surf club and within walking distance of the centre of Ostend. The sea view and central location allow you to perfectly combine the best of the coast and the city.

PRE-CHECK-IN AND RENTAL DEPOSIT:

If you book this accommodation you agree to pay a rental deposit of €500. A few days before arrival, if your reservation is confirmed, you will receive an email with a pre-check-in form. In it we will ask for your personal contact information and you will also need to arrange the rental deposit. After paying the rental deposit and completing the pre-check-in form, you will receive the necessary check-in instructions along with great tips and addresses of the area. Check-in to the accommodation is possible 24/24.



LINEN:

Quality bed linen and towels (kitchen and bathroom) are provided in this accommodation.



CLEANING:

Upon arrival, the accommodation is professionally prepared and cleaned. Cleaning is included in the price. You, as a guest, must leave the accommodation in a clean condition when leaving the accommodation. If the accommodation is not left properly and excessively dirty, additional fees will be charged.



CONSUMPTION:

Normal consumption of water, heating and electricity are included in the rental price. Excessive consumption will result in additional charges.



CONTROL:

The accommodation is checked for damage and theft at every check-in and check-out. Damage incurred during the rental period must be reported immediately. The guest uses the accommodation at his/her own risk. The owner and the rental office are not responsible for theft or accidents that happen in and around the accommodation.



OTHER:

Rentus is the property agent who operates in the name and on behalf of the owner. The accommodation is furnished and equipped with kitchen and sanitary facilities. Cooking utensils and dishes are provided for the number of people allowed in the accommodation. The total price includes the rental of the accommodation (of which 90% refers to the property and 10% to the furniture), the cleaning fee and any administration costs.
