The Space:

Duinhalm is a cosy and intimate retreat in the heart of Nieuwpoort, where you immediately step into a warm living space with an open kitchen and dining area. The atmosphere evokes the charm of a traditional coastal fisherman’s cottage.



The open kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances, including a Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle, blender, oven & microwave, and dishwasher, allowing you to cook and enjoy meals comfortably together.



Through the kitchen, you have access to a sunny and cosy terrace with a lounge area and outdoor dining table, perfect for breakfast in the sun, aperitifs, or relaxed dining outdoors. On the ground floor, you will also find the family bathroom with a shower, single washbasin, and toilet.



Upstairs there are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with three single beds, making the property suitable for families or groups of friends.



Overall, Duinhalm enjoys a prime location in the very center of Nieuwpoort, with shops, restaurants, and the beach easily accessible.



Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the house and its facilities.

PRE-CHECK-IN AND RENTAL DEPOSIT:

If you book this accommodation you agree to pay a rental deposit of €300. A few days before arrival, if your reservation is confirmed, you will receive an email with a pre-check-in form. In it we will ask for your personal contact information and you will also need to arrange the rental deposit. After paying the rental deposit and completing the pre-check-in form, you will receive the necessary check-in instructions along with great tips and addresses of the area. Check-in to the accommodation is possible 24/24.



LINEN:

Quality bed linen and towels for in the kitchen and bathroom are NOT provided in this accommodation.



CLEANING:

Upon arrival, the accommodation is professionally prepared and cleaned. Cleaning is included in the price. You, as a guest, must leave the accommodation in a clean condition when leaving the accommodation. If the accommodation is not left properly and excessively dirty, additional fees will be charged.



CONSUMPTION:

Normal consumption of water, heating and electricity are included in the rental price. Excessive consumption will result in additional charges.



CONTROL:

The accommodation is checked for damage and theft at every check-in and check-out. Damage incurred during the rental period must be reported immediately. The guest uses the accommodation at his/her own risk. The owner and the rental office are not responsible for theft or accidents that happen in and around the accommodation.



OTHER:

Rentus is the property agent who operates in the name and on behalf of the owner. The accommodation is furnished and equipped with kitchen and sanitary facilities. Cooking utensils and dishes are provided for the number of people allowed in the accommodation. The total price includes the rental of the accommodation (of which 90% refers to the property and 10% to the furniture), the cleaning fee and any administration costs.
