This is a separate garden room which is away from the main house, situated off the main patio. This will be kept locked unless it has been booked prior to your stay, dependant on the number of guests.
It has its own WC & Wi-Fi.

**THINGS TO CONSIDER**

The property is located set back from a country road. There is a gate & enclosed area around the house.
In addition to the garden there is a large field style area with a tree swing, garden tree seating but it also has access to a beck which is often filled with water. Young children must be supervised and are in the property at your own risk.

Please note: Children's toys and outdoor play equipment are available for guest use at your own risk. The owners accept no liability for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from their use.

Guests have use of the entire house & grounds.

The garden room is only available when booked prior to the stay dependant on the number of guests.
