Ascend to the bedrooms, where comfort reigns supreme. The Master Suite, occupying the top floor, boasts a sumptuous Super King bed and an ensuite bathroom, perfect for unwinding. The middle floor features two King and one Double bedrooms, each exuding tranquillity, sharing a bathroom with heated towel racks. The Cinema & Guest Lounge serves as an entertainment haven, complete with gym equipment for invigorating workouts. In here, you will also find a comfortable couch that can convert to a lovely queen bed suitable for more than 2 guests.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire property, including all three floors, the kitchen, living areas, and the outdoor deck with a hot tub. Enjoy the Cinema & Guest Lounge for movie nights or as a versatile activity space.

I live close by and am happy to help whenever I'm around, but when I'm not, there is a 24/7 on-call concierge service that can assist you any time of the day.

Nestled in the charming village of Prickwillow, Ely offers a serene escape with picturesque landscapes. Discover the nearby Ely Cathedral, an architectural marvel, and enjoy strolls by the River Great Ouse. The neighbourhood exudes tranquillity while providing easy access to cultural and historical attractions.

While Prickwillow itself is a quaint village, Ely is the nearest town with a railway station approximately 6 miles away, offering direct connections to Cambridge and London. Local bus services also connect Prickwillow to Ely, facilitating convenient travel across the region.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
