Two-level apartment located on the 1st and 2nd floor a seafront residence with a shared swimming pool. The 1st floor is composed of a living/dining room with a double sofa bed, a kitchen corner, a full bathroom with a shower box, and a balcony. The 2nd floor consists of a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a bathroom with a shower box, and a balcony. It can accommodate up to six guests. It is equipped with a washing machine, TV-sat, Wi-Fi, A/C, and a garage.

°Swimming pools are open seasonally (mid June/early September): exact dates may vary between residences and due to weather or maintenance.
