Nestled in a quiet corner of the traditional crofting community of Lower Breakish, Tigh na Cladach offers 180° views across Broadford Bay, the Ardnish peninsula, and the islands of Pabay, Scalpay, and Raasay, all the way to the Scottish mainland.
Just 5 minutes from Broadford, the gateway to Skye, the house is perfectly positioned: peaceful and secluded, yet close to shops, restaurants, and local attractions.

Built in 2024 to passive house standards, the home blends traditional Highland architecture with modern sustainability:

- MVHR system for fresh, filtered sea air

The house is not shared with any other guests or hosts during your stay, it’s all yours to enjoy.
