Welcome to our comfortable and spacious apartment in Edinburgh, perfectly suited for families, friends or colleagues looking for a relaxing stay in Scotland’s capital. The apartment can accommodate up to 5 guests and offers a flexible sleeping arrangement with 2 bedrooms, each featuring a double bed, plus a sofa bed in the living room that can sleep an additional guest.



All areas of the property are private, giving you exclusive use throughout your stay. The apartment features 2 full bathrooms: one with a bathtub and shower head, ideal for a relaxing soak after a busy day, and a second bathroom, which is a walk-in thermostatic ensuite located in one of the bedrooms for added comfort and convenience. The fully equipped kitchen is open plan with the living and dining area, making it a welcoming social space to cook, dine and unwind together. The living room is perfect for resting after a long day of exploring the city.

The property is located on the ground floor, with only 2 steps at the entrance of the building, making access straightforward and convenient.



Our check-in method is simple and convenient: Self-check-in is the only option, with the key securely stored in a key safe at the property.



Parking is available off-site with public street parking on a pay and display basis, first come first serve, located outside the flat. Charges are 6 pounds per hour from 8:30 am until 5:30 pm.



The apartment is situated in a fantastic central area of Edinburgh, within easy reach of many of the city’s top attractions. You can enjoy a scenic walk to Calton Hill for panoramic views, explore the historic Royal Mile, visit the iconic Edinburgh Castle, or stroll through Princes Street Gardens. The vibrant New Town, with its Georgian architecture, boutique shops, cafés and restaurants, is also nearby, as well as the St James Quarter for shopping and dining.



Please note that a security deposit registration will need to be completed prior to arrival in order to receive the codes for check-in. No money is actually charged, but there is a pre-authorisation of 1 euro.
