The house develops on one level, with a large sloping roof protecting the patio and sea view terraces, wide panoramic windows, and refined details such as finishes with local stone. The living area is divided into three spaces a double living room with fireplace, stunning sea view and access to the panoramic terrace. The dining area, also with sea view, has access to the comfortable patio with barbecue. The fully equipped kitchen has an independent entrance and a useful pantry. The sleeping area, built on staggered levels in the unique and unmistakable Portobello style, offers two spacious double bedrooms, one twin bedroom with sea view, one single bedroom with direct access from the patio, and three bathrooms. The master bedroom, in addition to the ensuite bathroom, enjoys a terrace overlooking the sea with spectacular views of Corsica. Hot/cold air conditioning is available in all bedrooms. The villa is surrounded by a lush private Mediterranean garden, ensuring guests the utmost privacy and tranquility.

According to regulations, guests must be accompanied by the agency on their first entry. Please do not go directly to the gate, as access will not be granted. We kindly ask you to meet us at the communicated meeting point. Guests or group members arriving after the check in time, upon prior communication, may go directly to the gate and state the villa name and the booking surname to gain access.

The use of umbrellas, deck chairs, sun loungers, or similar items is generally prohibited on the beach, as it detracts from the natural beauty of the landscape.

Access for campervans and large vehicles is forbidden. Only passenger cars are permitted.

Pets are not allowed on the beaches. It is strictly forbidden to stop or transit on the beaches with any type of animal, and it is also prohibited to bathe animals both in the port area and in the body of water in front.

Do not throw cigarette butts or matches onto the street: just a small gust of wind can cause dry grass to catch fire and start a blaze.

Inside the complex, it is also forbidden to drive at a speed exceeding 20 km/h, whether by car or electric golf cart, to ensure the safety of all residents and guests.

We kindly inform our guests that from mid September to mid June, maintenance or renovation works may take place in some areas of the complex.Most of the time, these are light and non noisy activities. However, we are not informed in advance about the type of work or the possible noise level.
