Once the home of the village tailor or weaver, it now offers a refined and elegant retreat in the heart of the southern Dordogne. The heart of the Bergerac wine region.

From the moment you arrive, the quality of craftsmanship and attention to detail are evident. Exposed beams, stonework, chandeliers, and original architectural features sit effortlessly alongside modern comforts and sophisticated interior design.

The covered terrace is a true centrepiece, offering a beautifully furnished dining and lounging space with fridge and gas plancha, ideal for relaxed alfresco entertaining. The enclosed courtyard garden ensures complete privacy and tranquillity.

Inside, the bespoke kitchen is fully equipped with granite worktops, central island with bar seating, range cooker with induction hob, built-in fridge and dishwasher, copper sink, wine fridge, and Nespresso machine.
