Please note:
As the apartment is located on a pedestrian-only street in the Old Town, car access is not possible directly to the property.
However, a private paid parking facility is available just 170 meters away (approximately a 2-minute walk), and we will be happy to provide directions upon request.

Inside, the apartment is set over 2 floors and has a total of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. On the first floor there is a spacious, open plan lounge with kitchen (fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, oven, cooking rings, fridge/freezer, a Nespresso coffee maker, etc) opening straight to a lovely balcony (overlooking the alley and the Venetian Fountain Morosini) as well as a shower room. The double sofa bed in the lounge can easily accommodate 2 extra guests. Stairs lead up to the upper floor where there are 2 comfortable double bedrooms as well as a shower room. For the comfort of our guests, the whole house is air-conditioned (included in the rental price).
