You will find 4 spacious bedrooms and a study room with sofa bed, all air-conditioned, with 4 bathrooms throughout. A fully equipped kitchen, indoor dining room, a spacious living room, and a covered loggia with dining table, wood-fired oven and barbecue. Open panoramic views over the valley and a nearby medieval hilltop village.

It’s surrounded by woods and silence but with all modern facilities like WiFi in all rooms and outside, airco units in all rooms, good heating system, fully equipped kitchen, tv, wooden pizza oven.
We are able to organize various services and activities for guests staying in this villa like drivers, rental cars delivery, cooking classes, at home chefs, truffle hunting, wine tastings and guided tours in various towns of central Italy like Florence, Perugia, Assisi, Siena and Arezzo
