The room was great! The only downside was that there were not enough towels (hand, face, bath), and no paper towels for the kitchen. The building itself was beautiful and very modern- I loved that they had their own laundry room (SO USEFUL🙏). They do have very strict rules when it comes to using the pool, steam room, and sauna. Make sure you RSVP for each one you’d like to use. The host was very responsive and helpful!

Al principio tenía preocupacion por reservar VRBO con Expedía! ( siempre reservo expedía, pero nunca un departamento con una plataforma socia en vez de hotel), pero una vez hecha la reservación, se paga pago completo al instante ( muy bueno eso). El dpto. impecable de limpio, wifi excelente, todo nuevo, el agua caliente con excelente presión, la vista del departamento en piso 11, impresionante. Había lo suficiente si gustas hacer café, microondas, algunos trastes, estufa, y un refrigerador grande. Closets de muy buen tamaño. Las indicaciones de ingreso por medio de WhatsApp, con msj claros, código QR, y siempre había seguridad en recepción, sorprendida de lo serviciales y atentos que fue el personal de seguridad. La ubicación cerca de muchísimos restaurantes, tiendas de supermercado a unas cuadras, fácil para usar UBER o taxi, a unos pasos del parque. En cuanto a las amenidades, yo no pude usar el servicio de lavado, ya que se necesitaba realizar transferencia y mandar correo, pero como mi cuenta es extranjera y no de ECUADOR, no se pudo. Así que utilicé una lavandera cerca del lugar. La alberca y SPA, creo que ahí se debería de haber un poco de mejor indicaciones, reservé pero las reglas del lugar me las mandaron unos minutos antes de mi hora de reserva y no contaba con gorritos para cubrir cabello, Si me volvería a quedar ahí, recomendable, impecable, hermoso el departamento. Nuevo, CON GUSTO VOLVERÍA. Carolina siempre disponible vía WhatsApp en caso de duda.
