Located in the hip and happening suburb of Woodstock in the beautiful
Mother City of Cape Town, you will find this modern studio apartment at
Wex2, comfortably accommodating up to two guests.
The open plan living space features a fully equipped kitchen catering
for all your culinary needs, a sleeping area, and a cozy lounge with a
flat screen TV and plush sofa. Leading out from the lounge is a
beautiful, quaint patio area, allowing an abundance of fresh air and
natural light to fill the apartment.
Guests can enjoy a peaceful night’s rest on the comfy double bed
offered in the unit. The bathroom features a toilet, basin, and shower,
with all linen and towels included in your stay. Street parking is also
available.
Located on the 4th floor at Wex1, just a 5-minute walk away, guests can
enjoy access to a range of on-site facilities, including a gym,
swimming pool, outdoor deck, and pool bar. The building also offers
ground-floor restaurants and convenient retail stores, providing added
comfort and convenience right at your doorstep. Beyond the on-site
amenities, guests are perfectly positioned to explore the city and all
it has to offer.
Woodstock is a vibrant neighborhood boasting contemporary cafés,
galleries, and innovative eateries, all framed by striking street art.
The Old Biscuit Mill serves as a creative hub, offering artisan
products, boutique shopping, and the renowned Neighbourgoods Market.
The surrounding streets feature a mix of vintage fashion, antiques, and
upcycled furniture. Visitors can join a guided walking tour to explore
the area’s murals and learn about the local street art movement.
Culinary highlights include The Test Kitchen Fledgelings and Rosetta
Roastery, while nearby rooftop bars provide spectacular views of the
city and Table Mountain.
Whether solo traveling or traveling with a partner, The Wex2 G06 is the
perfect spot to be based ensuring a memorable self-catering stay.
For security and safety purposes, guests are required to provide full names, identification, details of any children travelling, vehicle registrations, and estimated arrival times prior to check-in. This information will be treated confidentially, and failure to submit it on time may result in delayed or denied check-in.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the owner’s/management’s discretion.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.
The Property Manager will arrange a check-in time with guests to meet at the property, which is situated at 18 William Street, Woodstock, Cape Town, 7915.
The Property Manager will hand the keys to the guest and share with them knowledge about the apartment and surroundings including the house rules.
