Studio 23 is a stylish and fully equipped first floor studio apartment on Cape Town's trendy Mouille Point beachfront promenade! Enjoy spectacular views of Table Mountain, Signal Hill and the Cape Town Stadium from bed or the private outside balcony.

The new king-size bed features quality percale cotton bedding
THE BATHROOM
bathroom has a brand new bathtub with shower - vanity and toilet - fresh white towels
THE LOUNGE
Free Wi-Fi and full DSTV with Explora (Cable TV) which can be enjoyed whilst in the lounge or in bed. The white leather lounge sofa may be folded out to a double sofa-bed for which extra linen is provided at an additional cost (please request).
THE KITCHEN
The kitchen is fully equipped and offers casual counter dining for 3. It includes a microwave, Bosch oven and under-counter fridge.

Breathtaking views of Lions Head and Signal Hill.

Private extra-large underground parking bay with access controlled entry and a fully equipped laundry.
