Spanning 416 sq.m. across three levels, Villa Altairia accommodates up to 10 guests in five spacious ensuite bedrooms. The ground floor features an open and airy living space with floor-to-ceiling views of the infinity pool, a dining area for eight guests and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen ideal for entertaining. The upper level hosts two master ensuite bedrooms with king-size beds, each opening onto private balconies with panoramic sea views. The lower level includes three additional master ensuite bedrooms with direct access to an internal garden overlooking the sea, offering a tranquil sense of connection with the outdoors.



The exterior spaces are designed for relaxation and social gatherings, centred around a private infinity pool with sun loungers, shaded pergolas and several lounge areas for alfresco dining. Guests enjoy direct access to a private beach, while Plaka beach is only a short walk away and the village of Plaka is a brief drive. The property is air-conditioned throughout and includes WiFi, a jacuzzi, barbecue, washing machine and modern entertainment facilities. Its beachfront setting and accessible layout make it suitable for families and groups seeking a peaceful coastal escape.



The rental rate includes meet and greet service on arrival, welcome drinks, cleaning and linen change twice weekly, and premium bath amenities. Additional services such as private chef, transfers, vehicle hire, yacht charters, guided tours, spa treatments, villa pre-stocking, extra housekeeping and private security can be arranged at an extra cost. Pets are not permitted. A refundable security deposit and any applicable local taxes or optional services are payable in addition to the rental price.
