This 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom home, PLUS Den, is absolutely brand new and beautiful. The home has 2 Master Suites. The first Master Suite is located off of the main living room, with an over-sized master bathroom that features his and her sinks, a stand alone soaking bathtub, a large walk in shower, and a private water closet.
The second master suite functions as it's own separate apartment suite, completely separate from the home but still attached from the elevated covered patio space. This is perfect for extended families or groups traveling together, and it allows the early risers, or late night owls of the group to have their own space without disturbing the group.
The home also features 2 more bedrooms, each with their own private bathroom. The open den/loft is located on the second level of living, and it offers guests an alternate area to kick back and relax, watch some TV, read, or take a nap/sleep.
There will likely be 4 King Beds and two Queen Sleeper Sofa Beds, which will sleep up to 12 people. The main Great room, features a full kitchen that is stocked with all of the essentials, a spacious living room with plenty of seating and HDTV, and a dining room that will seat 8-12 with additional outdoor dining space on the covered patio.
We designed the outdoor space of this home to be absolutely one of a kind. We took some creative liberties in designing it and we love the results. The elevated and covered patio on the 1st floor of living connects the Master Suite apartment to the main home. It also creates a covered space over the pool. From this elevated covered balcony, you can access the pool area by the connecting staircase down. The entire area below the elevated portion of the home just described, which again, basically spans from the main home's balcony entrance all the way underneath of the detached Master Suite, is essentially one large pool patio deck with areas for sun exposure and others for shade. The pool itself is located on the West side of the home to allow for great afternoon sun exposure, but parts of it will reach underneath the home to provide for shade and further protection from the sun. Your entire family will love sitting out on the elevated and covered deck off the main home's living area and watching family and friends play in the pool. It's a birds eye view of the fun. You'll also enjoy being down on the large pool area itself. Unlike most homes, this space isn't crammed into a back or side yard, instead it flows beside and underneath the home for a very unique look, feel, and use of the space. You'll love it.
The location is just as great as the home. You are a 1 minute walk to Pine Avenue where you have access to numerous shops, boutiques, dining and restaurant locations, and bars/entertainment. You're also about a 3 minute walk from the City Pier where you can grab a drink for sunset, grab a bite to eat, or bring your fishing pole and try your luck by fishing from the pier. Just a little passed the City Pier is Bayfront Park, which has a beach area, a playground, and amazing views of the Skyway Bridge all of which is about a 5-6 minute walk from this home. In the opposite direction, you have Anna Maria Island Beach, which is about a 6-7 minute walk from the home, or a 2 minute bike ride. This walk is very easy to make with a beach wagon to carry all of your beach equipment and you'll love the privacy that this area of the beach will provide. The sunset and views are amazing, and there is not nearly the beach traffic on this portion of the island. If you feel up to it I would strongly recommend take a quick bike ride up to the North End of Anna Maria named Bean Point. The Gulf of Mexico meets Tampa Bay here and the views of the Skyway Bridge, Egmont Key, Passage Key, the Gulf and Tampa Bay are stunning.

***PET POLICY - This home is pet friendly! Our rules and restrictions are as follows:
Pets (dogs only, anything else must be approved) are allowed under certain conditions and must be approved prior to arrival. A $100 pet fee plus 12% tax is required for extra cleaning. There is a limit of 2 pets max, with a combined total weight limit of 50 lbs.
No dangerous breeds will be accepted. Owner(s) of the animals are responsible for any damage, property damage, medical expenses, and/or excess cleaning that occurs due to the pet.
“Dangerous breed” is defined as:
Any purebred or crossbred dog comprised of any of the following breeds:
• Pit Bull-type,
• German Shepherd,
• Husky-type (including Siberian breeds),
• Doberman Pinscher,
• Chow Chow,
• Any Wolf-dog hybrid, or
• Any other dog that has been known to have bitten anyone where the injury required medical attention, or where any insured or any tenant, guest or visitor of the insured knew that a dog was potentially dangerous.
***CANCELLATION POLICY --
NO refunds will be made for canceled reservations unless AMI Locals is able to re-rent the accommodation for the same period of time for the same rental amount. If AMI Locals is able to re-rent the property at no loss to AMI Locals, a full refund will be issued minus the nonrefundable $100.00 administrative fee, taxes, and any discounts or expenses required to re-rent the property. If AMI Locals is able re-rent the home for a portion of the cancelled stay, or for a reduced amount or portion of the original rental fee, the guest will be refunded for the re-rented days or the reduced amount only, minus the nonrefundable $100.00 administrative fee, taxes, and any discounts or expenses required to rent the property.
AMI Locals does not make any representation or guarantee that AMI Locals will be able to re-rent the property for what was originally paid by the guests. Guests covered under the travel insurance recommended by AMI Locals (CSA), may be exempt from this loss if the reason for cancellation is covered under the policy. The travel insurance fee is non-refundable.
If guest has to shorten their stay or change their unit after the final payment due date, normal cancellation penalties apply, whether travel insurance was purchased or not. If guest shortens their stay resulting in an early departure after they have checked in, no refunds will be provided for the nights not used. If a non-arrival, late arrival, early departure, cancellation or alteration results in a loss of revenue to AMI Locals, it will be charged. The loss can be avoided if the recommended travel insurance was purchased and the reason for cancellation is covered under the travel insurance policy. In the event of an Act of God such as adverse weather, tornadoes, fire, lightning strikes, etc., the management and owners are not responsible for any refunds from monies which have been paid to AMI Locals, or for providing lodging elsewhere. AMI Locals reserves the right to cancel any reservation subject to issuing a full refund.
