This pet-friendly condo boasts beautiful views from both the patio & the master bedroom overlooking the hot tub and the largest of four gorgeous resort pools, available to all guests!
We are located on the 4th floor of the Market Street Inn community; just above The Village. This condo has been beautifully updated & furnished; all appliances throughout the condo are new including the in-unit washer & dryer. We have also included a Keurig that available to all guests!

Villages 443 is a 2-bedroom / 2-bath that comfortably sleeps 4 guests (up to 6 w/ sleeper sofa) located in the Market Street Inn community located directly above all the fun and activities of The Village!
Market Street Inn is in the heart of The Village at Baytowne Wharf where fun activities await both day & night. Enjoy a great breakfast; shop, dine & play throughout the day; then gather for wine, dinner & special events in the evening.
Resort amenities include four championship golf courses, putt-putt courses, four separate resort swimming pools (and 15 estate neighborhood pools) and world-class tennis center with 15 courts, a full equipment center and spa, 113-slip marina from the bay.
Waverunner rentals, bicycle rentals, kayak & boogie board rentals, tennis courts, parasail rides (double/triple), fitness center, and Club KZ which is supervised children's activities including meals all available to guests for a small fee.
The surrounding areas have wonderful boutique shopping and restaurants with activities for the whole family including zip-lining over the lake, rock climbing & tree-top obstacle courses, and much much more!!
*All guests will arrive to a "landing package" of amenities; enough to last about 2-3 days. For most stays, especially any over 5 days, will be expected to purchase additional amenities during their stay.

We (4 adults) had a wonderful time at this location. The condo was very comfortable, clean and had plenty of room. We usually stay at a Baytowne Wharf location that has a view of the happenings going on. The location of this condo, however, was quietly tucked away on Market Street, but close enough to the action that we didn't miss a beat. And the property manager, Michael, was very accommodating and professional. We would definitely book this condo again.
Super cute condo! We really enjoyed staying here. Plenty of room for 3 people, comfy beds-even the pull out mattress was new. Nicely decorated, had all the essentials: blow-dryers, plenty of towels, sheets & blankets and a Keurig coffee maker. Best of all was the LOCATION. Pool is one level down, steps away from Marlin Grill and all the action in The Village of Baytowne Wharf. Loved not having to use room keys, the all coded access was perfect! Highly recommend staying here.
